Jacqueline Fernandez Moves Court For Travel Permission: Jacqueline Fernandez remained on the Enforcement Directorate’s radar in the Sukesh Chandrasekhar case. Due to the investigation of the case, his foreign tours were banned. Now in this regard, he has applied in a Delhi court. Jacqueline is to attend the IIFA Awards to be held in Abu Dhabi, for which she has reached the court seeking permission to travel abroad for 15 days.

The name of the actress has come in the money laundering case

Let us tell you that Jacqueline Fernandez’s name had surfaced in the money laundering case of 200 crores, after which the ED, while investigating the case, seized the actress’s property worth 7 crores. Apart from this, by issuing a look out circular against Jacqueline, her foreign travel was banned. Jacqueline Fernandes has to go on a 15-day visit to Abu Dhabi, France and Nepal, for which she has filed an application in the court.

Due to this case, Jacqueline Fernandez was stopped last year at the International Airport Security Checking in Mumbai. She was leaving for Muscat from Mumbai, after being kept in custody for some time, she was released back home.

It was also revealed in the ED investigation that Sukesh Chandrashekhar had given very expensive gifts to Jacqueline, whose value was said to be around Rs 5 crore. Due to this, the ED had attached Jacqueline’s assets worth 7 crores only last week. Now it has to be seen whether the court agrees to Jacqueline’s application for this 15-day foreign tour or not.
