At the same time, pre-monsoon rains are continuing in many parts of Madhya Pradesh and Bihar. It is raining in Bhopal, Indore, Shajapur, Mandsaur, Dewas, Sagar and Jabalpur, the capital of Madhya Pradesh. It has been raining continuously in Indore for the last four-five days. Due to the rain, there is a water logging situation in the low-lying areas of the city. At the same time, it is raining intermittently in Bhopal since Tuesday evening. However, the Meteorological Department said that by next week the monsoon will reach here too. According to the Meteorological Department, Bihar is receiving pre-monsoon rains. Monsoon will reach here after June 12. It has been raining in many districts of North Bihar since Wednesday morning. At the same time, clouds are raining in Dhanbad in Jharkhand. The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert in 13 states.

The IMD had confirmed the arrival of the Southwest Monsoon in Maharashtra when the monsoon reached Harnai port in coastal Ratnagiri district. The IMD on Tuesday forecast that heavy rain accompanied by gusty winds may occur in parts of Mumbai, Raigad, Thane, Palghar, Pune, Nashik and parts of Marathwada in central Maharashtra.
Light to moderate rain with light to moderate rain may occur at isolated places over Northeast India, North Odisha coast, Gangetic West Bengal, Andaman and Nicobar Islands and parts of Konkan and Goa. Light to moderate rain with isolated heavy rain is likely over Telangana, Coastal Karnataka, parts of Chhattisgarh, Vidarbha and Southeast Madhya Pradesh. Light rain is possible over Kerala, parts of Tamil Nadu, Interior Karnataka, Rayalaseema, Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, parts of Uttar Pradesh and South Gujarat. Apart from this, rain is also expected in Delhi in the next two to three days.
