After a major reshuffle on Wednesday, the new Union Cabinet met on Thursday. In this meeting, major decisions were taken to deal with farmers and possible third wave of corona virus. At the same time, the Prime Minister also explained the reason behind the removal of leaders like Ravi Shankar Prasad, Harsh Vardhan and Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank.

According to the information, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said during the cabinet meeting that these ministers have been removed from the post due to the system. He made it clear that this decision has nothing to do with his ability. According to sources, the Prime Minister also said that the new ministers should meet their predecessors and learn from their experiences.

Till now it was believed that the resignation of these ministers has been taken because of their poor performance. But, in the cabinet meeting held on Friday, Modi put the speculations to rest and himself made it clear that the cabinet reshuffle has been done on the basis of system and not on the basis of anyone’s ability.

At the same time, after the meeting, the PM tweeted and said, ‘To further strengthen the fight against Corona, a new package of more than 23 thousand crore rupees has been approved. Under this, arrangements like pediatric care units to ICU beds, oxygen storage, ambulances and medicines will be made in all the districts of the country.

The Cabinet has approved a new scheme ‘India COVID-19 Emergency Response and Health System Preparedness Package- Phase 2’ for the financial year 2021-22 with an amount of Rs 23,123 crore. It aims to accelerate the development of health infrastructure including pediatric care and preparedness for early prevention and management.

Let us inform that earlier the central government has given Rs 15000 crores for setting up Kovid dedicated hospitals and health centers across the country.
