The brave sons of Bah of Agra district have watered the freedom of the country with their blood. Born on the soil here, the Ranbankurs had rescued the sixes of the Pakistan Army in the wars of China in 1962, 1965 and 1971. Even in the Kargil war, about 400 Ranbankurs of Bah had forced Pakistan to kneel with their bravery. In this war, seven sons, including Naib Subedar Laik Singh of Korath village, Dharamvir Singh of Malupur, Kunwar Singh of Basare Qazi, had sacrificed their lives for the country. Inspired by the sacrifice of these Kargil martyrs, the youth of these villages are sweating day and night to join the army. Gallantry award winners are encouraging these youths.
