Mandi Superintendent of Police Shalini Agnihotri says that the highway is closed since last night. A vehicle parked on the road was also damaged after being hit by a stone. There is a long queue of vehicles on National Highway-3 and traffic is being diverted via Kataula through an alternate route.
Apart from this, a nine-year-old girl has been injured when a dam collapsed due to rain in the capital Shimla. At the same time, Dara fell due to rain near Ruldu Bhatta. Thankfully no one got hit by it.
