Drdo set a record of 500 beds corona hospital in jammu in 20 days

The first 500-bed corona hospital of DRDO was inaugurated by Lt Governor Manoj Sinha on Saturday. The hospital record is ready in 20 days. The hospital has a 125-bed ICU ward. In addition, 24-hour oxygen supply has been made here. After three to four day trial runs, patients will start getting services here. Another hospital is also being built in Srinagar.

After inaugurating a hospital built by Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) in Bhagwati Nagar, Jammu, the Lt. Governor said that DRDO’s hospital will play an important role in the fight against corona virus infection. After a three to four day trial run, the hospital will be opened to serve patients. Highlighting the importance of better health facilities to the people, the Lt. Governor said that Kovid care centers are being prepared in every panchayat to ensure that people living in remote areas also get medical facilities near their homes during the Corona period.
