Listen to the news
Professor Gyaneshwar Chaubey of the Department of Zoology, Prof. Vijay Nath Mishra from IMSBHU Neurology Department, Dr. Abhishek Pathak’s team has done this study. Pro. Dnyaneshwar Choubey said that a study done on 20 people showed that those who have never been infected with corona are faster antibodies than those who have been infected with the first dose of the vaccine.
In those who have never been infected corona, it takes at least 3 to 4 weeks for their antibodies to be made. This research also showed that after a few months of recovery from the corona, a healthy person loses his antibodies, so his B and T cells help to produce rapid immunity in case of re-infection.
Can reduce the shortage of vaccine
Prof. Choubey said that at present more than two crore people in the country have recovered corona and by doing so, the shortage of vaccine can also be reduced. This research has also been approved for publication in the General Science Immunology of America. Prajwal Singh, Pranav Gupta from the Zoology Department are also involved in this work.
